WELCOME TO IM=X PILATES KING FARM! We look forward to training you in our unique programs which blend strength training, cardio, pilates, barre, yoga and more into one Integrated Movement Xercise (IM=X) system.

This information has been put together to help you get the most out of your membership and workouts. Our instructors are here to help you. If you have any questions about ways to modify/intensify any exercises please ask. We have scheduled transition time between classes to assist you! Also, we encourage you to schedule occasional personal training sessions to learn how to get even more out of your classes!

Arrival and In-Studio Policies

First time clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your class in order to get familiar with our equipment and complete necessary forms.

CLASS CUTOFF TIME: The window for participating in a class is 5 minutes after its start.

Required: Non-skid socks are required for all of our classes & may be purchased in studio. We have everything here at the studio for you, but feel free to bring your own handles, loops or Pilates ring.

Please be courteous of others and leave your cellphones in the cubbies and set to Do Not Disturb/Ringer off. IM=X Pilates King Farm is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio.

Cancellation & Scheduling Policies

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: Please be courteous of your instructor’s time. We require 6 hours early cancellation for group classes and 8 hours for all personal training sessions. Please remove yourself from class via your Mindbody account or reach out to us via phone or text. Without notification, the session is deducted from your package and $15 Late cancel and No-Show charges apply when there is a waitlist or the class did not meet the minimum of 2 students. No exceptions.

WAITLISTS: Please use the waitlist wisely. You are responsible for monitoring your reservations. If your spot clears and you can no longer attend class you will be held to our late cancel policy unless you remove yourself or notify us.

Memberships 

Please see your agreement for specific terms and conditions.  Membership credits/classes do NOT rollover to the next month and may NOT be extended for use outside of the 30-day window.

Membership freezes may be requested for a fee with a 7 day advance notice of the next billing cycle. Please ask about complimentary freezes provided with our annual memberships!

EARLY TERMINATION: Please read your agreement for terms and conditions. Early termination charges may be assessed for breach of contract terms.

Class  & Personal Training Packages

All sales are final. Please note the expiration date on your package. Packages may not be transferred or shared.

COVID-19 Safety Policies & Procedures

Your health and safety is our #1 priority – in light of the current COVID situation we want to make sure you know:

– We follow Montgomery County’s Indoor Mask Policy. Please call the studio @ 240-907-2384 for the current requirements and thanks for your patience.

– all equipment is cleaned AND sanitized following each use

– sanitizing of high touch surfaces occurs between all in studio sessions

– optimal air quality is maintained by usage of HEPA filtration, UV lighting in the HVAC system, and open studio doors when weather permits
